1. My order was canceled but why were funds still deducted from my bank account?

In the event of your order refunded or canceled, It may take 7-21 business days based of your credit card issuer’s policies for funds to be available back in your account.

2. How do I change or cancel my order?

5. Can I order by phone?

Actually we do not provide ship COD, so it is more convenient for you to order via our website to make the payment online. Then, the answer is “No”; however we are looking forward to do that in the nearest future.

6. Can I arrange for my own courier or shipping provider to deliver my order?

We’re sorry, but because of our production process, we can’t accept special shipping requests.

7. Are the shipping times guaranteed?

8. Do your shipping speeds include processing time?

No, our listed speeds do not include the time it takes to process your order, normally it takes 2-3 days to process and 4-8 days to deliver, in total it would be 7-12 days for delivery period.

9. Can I exchange for different size/ item?

Yes, we do accept exchanges. If you find it not working right for you we can exchange it for you if the size/item you requested is available, you can email us for more detailed information.
