Call our customer service department and provide an original order number or your name.
We will issue an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number if you completed your purchase within 30 days.
If you used PayPal payment method, $7.00 will be deducted from your order refund for return postage. The original shipping & handling charge, however, is non-refundable.

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, within 30 days we will be happy to exchange it - we will pay the return shipping and ship your new items with no additional shipping & handling charges (within the United States).
